Declaration of Distancing
With the verdict of May 12th, 1998 the county court of Hamburg has decided, that people operating a website may be responsible for the content of third party websites, if they include a link of the respective site onto their homepage. This liability can only be excluded if the website operator explicitely distances him/herself therefrom.
We have embedded links to other websites on our homepage. For all these external sites we have neither influence upon content nor on the desgin. Therefore and herewith we explicitely distance ourselves from the content of all linked websites and do not consider their content our own. This declaration includes all links on our hompage.
